Loft Conversions

Converting existing loft space is an efficient way of utilising space within your home. It is often the most cost effective means of increasing usable living space.

W King can carry out all main types of loft conversion, be it:

• Converting the existing space to the existing roof lines, with the addition of Velux or dormer windows.

• Constructing a dormer to the side or rear of the roof to maximise area and height.

• Adapting the existing roof from hip-end to gable-end to extend the length of the loft.

 

As a general rule; if you can stand up in a loft it can be converted.
